Kegshoe Inc. (“Kegshoe”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides a keg tracking solution through our mobile application (the “Kegshoe App”), website www.kegshoe.ca and other online products and services (together, the “Service").

However, we do not store this payment information. We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to process all payments. When you use the Service, we may collect information of third-parties that you provide to us or authorize us to collect, including the personal information of your customers, friends or colleagues (“Third-Party Data”). When you access and use the Service, we may automatically collect certain technical information about your visit, including the date, time, browser type, your internet service provider, your IP address, device information (including device identifiers), geo-location information, computer and network performance data, the URL that you are coming from and your navigation history in order to customize and personalize your experience on the Service, improve our Service and for statistical research purposes.
Location Information
Kegshoe’s Service is all about tracking kegs. As a result, the Service will collect the location of kegs and the Kegshoe App will access and use the precise geo-location of mobile devices running the App to help track kegs. This location information is used to track and update the status of kegs and to facilitate up-to-the minute keg deliveries and pickups. The Kegshoe App will only access and use your mobile device’s location information if you give the App permission through your device settings or the App.
Camera Functionality
The Kegshoe App may also access and use your mobile device’s camera to scan barcodes associated with kegs to help track kegs. The Kegshoe App will only access and use your device’s camera if you give the App permission through your device settings or the App.
We will use your personal information to provide, maintain, and improve our Service and learn about our user base.

We may use your personal information to communicate with you about our Service and your Account and to provide you with technical support.
